REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or returns on our products . However, we understand that sizing can be tricky, so we are happy to exchange items if the size does not fit. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
SHIPPING
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once your purchase is made, we will ship your order within one week. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
We want you to be comletely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a unique opportunity to try the item on while the courier is still present. If you find that the size does not fit, you can give it back to the courier and will only be required to pay delivery fees for the exchange, which amount to 50 EGP.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
